Leading consumer healthcare company Cipla Health announced the debut of its newest campaign, “Cipladine – Aapka Fast Aid Expert,” in which celebrated actress Neena Gupta serves as the brand ambassador. The commercial strengthens Cipladine’s reputation as India’s top-rated, reliable remedy for burns, wounds, cuts, and infections—providing quick, efficient recovery when it counts most.
A person’s path to new experiences might be hampered by common injuries like cuts, burns, and wounds in a society where every second matters. Customers are looking for a dependable, fast-acting solution that would enable them to resume their regular lives right away. Supported by its formula for Povidone Iodine (PVPI), Cipladine is a real Fast Aid Expert since it has been shown to stay on the skin longer, penetrate deeper, and begin working in as little as 30 seconds.
Shivam Puri, MD & CEO of Cipla Health Ltd., commented on the campaign, saying, “Cipladine is India’s top antiseptic ointment and has long been a reputable brand in first aid. We’re redefining timely treatment with our new ‘Fast Aid’ campaign, providing prompt, efficient relief when it’s most required. Cipladine’s status as a trusted household staple in both urban and rural India is reaffirmed by this most recent story. We are thrilled to have Neena Gupta contribute her genuineness and broad appeal to further this cause.”
The new campaign, which was conceptualized by Lowe Lintas, uses a series of films starring Neena Gupta and Shashie Verma to imaginatively illustrate the “fast action” benefit of Cipladine. Neena, a fast-witted and precise woman, frequently outpaces her slow, lazy helper in these odd and relatable tales, mirroring Cipladine’s speedy response to wounds.
“As someone who believes in tackling life head-on, I love the idea of being associated with a product that does the same,” actress and brand ambassador Neena Gupta said of her excitement about the partnership. Cipladine reminds me of the kinds of roles I like to play since it is quick, dependable, and diverse. It was a pleasure to participate in this campaign.
“Cipladine has long held the leadership position in its category, but true leadership lies not in maintaining the status quo, but lies in continuously raising the bar,” stated Subramanyeswar S. Group CEO-India & Chief Strategy Officer-APAC, MullenLowe Global. How can a leader lead even more uniquely, we asked ourselves? The solution came from a profound realization: first aid desperately needs speed. At that point, we rethought Cipladine as a solution rather than merely a product—a FASTAID EXPERT in the field of FIRSTAID solutions.
“The category of first aid solutions has been fairly predictable in its problem-solution communication approach,” Lowe Lintas President (Creative) Sarvesh Raikar continued. We wanted to use a new voice to cut through the cacophony. An ultra-efficient employer and her efforts to make things right quickly provided the ideal setting for the introduction of our redesigned brand concept, which was to change the name from “FIRST-AID” Expert to “FAST-AID” Expert. The national award-winning director Vivek Dubey’s chronicles of Neena Gupta and her assistant Sashi Verma effectively bring our new tale of speed to life while simultaneously making viewers grin.
“With our new ‘Fast Aid’ campaign, we’re redefining timely care, delivering quick, effective relief when it’s needed most,” stated Shivam Puri, managing director and chief executive officer of Cipla Health. Cipladine’s status as a trusted household staple in both urban and rural India is reaffirmed by this most recent story. We are thrilled to have Neena Gupta contribute her genuineness and broad appeal to further this cause.”
